Rick is an internal medicine physician and Primary Care Division Chief who plays trombone as an amateur. Rick has played with the El Paso Community Orchestra, Die Deutschen Alder Band and Crimson Jazz Orchestra of San Antonio. He has appeared with the Ron Wilkins Texas Trombone Quartet and the 323rd U. S. Army Band of Fort Sam Houston TX. He currently organizes and plays in the Alpen Brass Quintet.

Youthful humor seems to carry through this delightfully fresh CD. The group name comes from the Greek god Momus, inspirer of writers and poets, the god of laughter, mockery and ridicule.
